Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit freitaspublicidade.pt or contact us through it, why, and what your rights are. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Portuguese Law no. 58/2019 apply.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Freitas Publicidade
Email: freitas.publicidadept@gmail.com
Phone and WhatsApp: +351 920 025 253 (Call to a Portuguese mobile network)
2. What data we process and why
When you contact us
If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or Instagram message, we process the data you give us — usually your name, contact details and what you tell us about your request — to reply and, where relevant, to prepare a quote, arrange a visit or provide the service. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
When you visit the website
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data from each request — IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time — to deliver the website and protect it from attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not run visitor analytics, advertising or profiling, and we do not sell data to anyone.
3. Who we share data with
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and delivery of the website.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — when you use WhatsApp to contact us.
- Social networks — links to our social media pages open those websites; from then on their policies apply.
Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer relies on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), according to those providers' policies.
4. How long we keep data
Messages and contact details are kept for as long as needed to reply to and follow up on your request. If the request leads to a contract, the data required by law is kept for the legal periods (for example, 10 years for invoicing documents). Technical visit data is kept by Cloudflare for the period set out in its policy.
5. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing. To do so, contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or Instagram message; we reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.
6. Cookies
This website does not use cookies. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with the date it was updated.
